Personality 

+ Spirited: There's never a day she regrets going through, knowing they all have their up' and downs, she's one to make the best of it for herself and everyone around her.

+ Respectful: respect is something she has been taught to value at all costs. She treats those around her just as she would like to be treated by others.

+ Friendly: Not exactly the most difficult mon to approach, she likes to have a comrade or twenty to talk and play with.

=Blunt: Not one to sugar coat things, she will state her mind in whatever way possible to get the message clear to the receiving end.

=Competitive: Something that tends to get the best of her at times, she hardly ever backs down from a challenge she thinks she could be capable of preforming.

=Adventurous: Most likely to get herself stuck in a pickle, she's always taking risks and trying different things, only deciding if she likes it or not when she's done with the task at hand.

-Stubborn: Holding her ground firmly she's like a rock against waves, not thinking twice on her answer's and refusing to believe she's wrong. Even when the others are right, she will stick by her decision without a doubt.

- Short Tempered: When that fuse is lit there’s no stopping the explosion that’s sure to follow. She knows how to use words to push others and knows her body can be used as a weapon.

- Vain: she cares highly about her physical health and claims to never have gotten sick in her life.

History 

 Veracruz wasn’t expected to be a girl. In fact her family hopped for another little male to inherit some of the family fortune. Having 3 older brothers and two younger ones, she grew up being quite the tomboy. Her mother was glad to have a girl in the family for once, but the baby girl wasn’t quite what her mother expected. Veracruz would romp around with her brothers as soon as she could walk, splashing through the villa’s garden ponds, kicking up dirt in intense games of their own invention, causing havoc wherever they went together. It was quite a mess they left in their wake, little to no surface left untouched by the six Rodriguez siblings. 
Her father was the head CEO of a fishing supply company that governed most of the newer, high tech marine travel gear, variation going from deep sea sonar to ocean yachts capable of withstanding any climate. The young Oshawott has seen plenty of boats, hooks, and sea life around the house as years wore on and the equipment her father developed grew in various sizes and categories when their expertise was needed. Unlike most other Wott’s, the Rodriguez family was from a strong line of rather tall, sporty water-types. All the ancestors that were known had genetics that would enhance their height and strength over water in even the most dry places seemed to have paid off, for the large family could live peacefully in habitats that would have been dreadful for other water mons. They lived a little ways off from Lentimas Town, their family villa hidden amongst the rocky slopes of the mountain, keeping the harsh winds and sands out and cool clean water in. It was around the time she was five, her father began to lecture her on how wealth could help influence the world for good or for bad.  ‘Water means life, but in a desert like place like this, water means power. Lower class citizens can ether respects this or detest it. Most of our neighbors know our family for generations and respect our wealth but there are other families out there who don’t have the same type of bond with our community. Never think twice when you can create a strong bond of friendship with someone.’ She took his words and would mull over them day through night, often trying to figure out what he meant. In the end, she gave up and put it aside, joining her older brothers in sports and such. 
By the time she turned ten, her mother would take her out on trips, hopping to coax out some of the girl’s feminine side out from hiding. Veracruz knew she had her feminine wiles at times but most of the time she saw frilly lacy girlish things as nothing more than a pain, many articles of female clothing keeping her from having fun and being athletic. Some of the lessons were not pleasant, the Oshawott found out harshly how terribly heavy cosmetics would feel on her face, but for some reason she found pleasure in feeling beautiful for herself and only herself. Time passed and she began to show interest in schooling, the online classes she would take no longer cutting it for her. Typing words across a screen and clicking on buttons was boring with little way to pass on true emotion behind words, it was much nicer to communicate and argue verbally and physically. It wasn’t too long till her father began to search for a school for his baby girl. Veracruz insisted she be enrolled with her brothers at their school. Family stuck together after all. It took a lot of explaining to the Oshawott girl that her brothers were enrolled in a male only school and that female student were out of the question. Veracruz and her brothers threw a fray her large fit that day, the family arguing and yelling across the table, refusing to listen to the points made. They were family, family stuck together and that's how it's always been. It was their mother who finally put her foot down and broke up the argument, stating that they wouldn’t learn to grow up on their own if they didn’t take time to learn about the world by themselves. In the end, her father heard from a friend that there was a prestigious school hidden in another region where students of high hopes were expected to develop and grow. Although reluctant to go alone, Veracruz packed her bags and got ready for whatever awaited her there.
